Director of Client Services – Carroll, Harford and Howard County

Springboard is looking for Director of Client Services in our Carroll, Harford and Howard County locations.  Prefer applicants must have 5 years post masters experience and be licensed as an LCSW-C or LCPC in the state of Maryland.

This position will assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures and initiatives related to program operations and will provide supervision and program oversight to case management, clinical and administrative staff in your assigned behavioral health office in accordance with OMHC regulations.

Domestic Violence Shelter PRN Support Staff – Carroll County

The DVSH PRN Support Staff is responsible for overseeing the house during evening hours and either of the following shifts, Friday and Saturday from 11p to 7a, Saturday and Sunday from 7a to 3p and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm with the possibility of covering during other shifts and/or holidays

This position will also be responsible for responding to 24 hour hotline calls and calls that come in through the Lethality Assessment Protocol phone, observing cameras, cleaning different areas of the house and to maintain the overall safety for clients in the DVSH and will work in collaboration with other case managers within the DVSH program to respond to the needs of victims and their families. Applicant must have a current driver’s license with safe driving record.

Community Based Case Manager in Carroll County

Springboard Community Services has a current job opening for a Community Based Case Manager in Carroll County.  The Community Based Case Manager will provide crisis services, short-term service coordination and follow-up to victims of violence, including intimate partner violence, elder abuse, family violence, human trafficking sexual abuse, sexual assault and gun or gang related violence. This position is responsible to work off site at a variety of partnering agencies where the case manager will complete intakes with victims, providing case management, crisis counseling and shelter services where applicable. The goal of the intervention is to assist all victims of violence increase their safety and to utilize appropriate resources. In addition, the case manager would provide a warm handoff to the partnering agency where they are housed, attend appropriate meetings as determined by SCS supervisor and work collaboratively with all partners. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field with a minimum of one year experience providing crisis services to families.
