Case Manager – Howard County

 The Case Manager is responsible for providing intake, assessment, and crisis intervention services and will meet with both scheduled clients and walk in clients presenting with a need.  Additionally, the Case Manger will also provide information and referrals to internal services and external community partners, who can best serve identified needs.  The Case Manger will carry a caseload of long and short term case management clients/families.

Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or a related field preferred with a minimum of two year experience in community based case management. Applicant must have a current driver’s license with safe driving record.

 

Community Outreach and Marketing Manager – Baltimore City

 The Community Outreach and Marketing Manager will be responsible for raising the awareness and visibility of the agency by designing an annual integrated marketing plan, leading content strategy, managing digital and in-person outreach efforts, and cultivating cross-functional relationships with leadership, staff, board members, potential clients, partner agencies, and institutional & individual donors.

Domestic Violence Shelter PRN Support Staff Day and Overnight Shifts– Carroll County

The DVSH PRN Support Staff is responsible for overseeing the house during evening hours and either of the following shifts, Friday and Saturday from 11p to 7a, Saturday and Sunday from 7a to 3p and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm with the possibility of covering during other shifts and/or holidays

This position will also be responsible for responding to 24 hour hotline calls and calls that come in through the Lethality Assessment Protocol phone, observing cameras, cleaning different areas of the house and to maintain the overall safety for clients in the DVSH and will work in collaboration with other case managers within the DVSH program to respond to the needs of victims and their families. Foster Grandparent Volunteer Coordinator – Baltimore City

Under the general direction of the Program Director and the Corporation for National and Community Service policy guidance, the Foster Grandparent Volunteer Coordinator has the responsibility of coordinating project activities including recruitment, in-service training, supervisory arrangements, and other activities such as assisting volunteer station staff to develop volunteer assignment plans and volunteer activities and ensure all volunteers receive monthly stipend for hours served.

Grant Coordinator – Baltimore City

The Grant Coordinator position is responsible for support service functions in the areas of accounting, grants management, statistical reporting, record-keeping, invoicing/documentation, accounts payable, payroll processing/reporting, preparation of monthly/annual journal entries, various reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis. The position has significant responsibility to communicate internally and externally with staff, vendors, grantors and auditors. This position may be full-time or part-time in nature, depending on the need of the agency.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 5 years of accounting experience in lieu of education.  Federal grant management and audit experience preferred.

 

Housing Case Manager – Baltimore City

The Housing Case Manager will provide direct care services and group programming dedicated to youth and young adults ages 18-24. Programming will be geared towards promoting self-advocacy in the attainment of their own, client driven life goals that will include but is no limited to housing stability, physical and emotional wellness, education and career enhancement. As a Housing Case Manager, this position will be responsible for working with homeless or unstably housed youth to attain housing utilizing rapid rehousing funds and provide ongoing case management services to ensure long term self-sufficiency. In this role, the Housing case manager will work to develop partnerships with landlords and property managers that increase youth ability to access safe affordable housing.

Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in Social Work or Human Services preferred.  Applicant must have a minimum of two year’s experience working with youth ages 14-24 with knowledge of crisis counseling and ability to work with persons of diverse backgrounds.

Springboard Community Services (SCS) is seeking conscientious and detail-oriented interns to assist with data entry tasks at our Baltimore City office. Interns will work on a social service related project to include reviewing and cataloging a number of historical documents. A basic knowledge of MS Office applications is required. Hours and scheduling are flexible; however, interns will be expected to work at least 10 hours per week.

SCS is willing to participate with collegiate field placement programs.

 

Program Assistant – Carroll County Adult Day

 The Program Assistant is responsible in assisting the daily personal and social needs of the participants through creative development and recreational activities under the direction of the Program Manager.

Violence Intervention Program Case Manager – Carroll County

The Violence Intervention Program Case Manager is responsible for completing intakes, reporting to referring agencies, reporting numbers to agency, managing billing, collecting insurance and copays, and assisting with community presentations on dating violence and healthy relationships.

Master’s degree in mental health or social work field with an LG in social work or counseling preferred; Bachelor’s degree in mental health or social work related field is required. Experience with domestic violence, group therapy, and working with adverse populations preferred.

 

Youth Resource Center Coordinator – Baltimore City

The Coordinator will act as a group facilitator and a coordinator for youth program aimed at serving youth ages14-24. Programming will be geared towards promoting self-advocacy in the attainment of their own, client driven life goals that will include but is no limited to housing stability, physical and emotional wellness, education and career enhancement. As Coordinator this position will be responsible for working in partnership with all youth services programs and organization to ensure youth are provided support in navigating the many needs in the process of gaining self-sufficiency. Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, youth focused activities and services will be identified, scheduled and supported onsite at the Youth Resource Center and additional programs will be offered at Restoration Gardens.

Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in Social Work or Human Services preferred.  Applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, their families, and/or adults with knowledge of crisis counseling and ability to work with persons of diverse backgrounds.
