Description:
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic or stressful events that occur in childhood or adolescence life. These events can include physical or sexual abuse, neglect, household dysfunction or witnessing violence. ACEs can harm a child’s brain and its development, which can lead to long-term negative health and social outcomes. The ACE Interface training will provide attendees with powerful new insights into the impact of toxic stress on the brain, awareness and empower them to promote resilience, health and well-being in their communities.
