The Electronic Health Record Database Administrator is primarily responsible for the agency’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and its related systems as well as the management and flow of information to and from the system. This position will be tasked with ensuring on-time, in-scope, within budget completion of outcomes while maintaining appropriate and timely communication with staff, stakeholders, project partners and the leadership team. The HER Database Administrator must be able to work both independently and as part of a team while managing competing priorities and varying timelines.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating or managing IT related projects.  Proven facilitation, team leadership, technical project management and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience managing an Electronic Health Record system preferred, Netsmart’s myEvolv software a plus.

The IT Help Desk and Support Coordinator is a member of the IT support team and will primarily be responsible for providing IT support to staff and clients using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other IT systems. The Coordinator will also assist the IT team with set up and updating technology requirements for staff and, including assisting the Support Services department as needed.

This position requires an Associate’s Degree in math-based major plus two years’ relevant work experience or High School diploma with a minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience. Experience in training or teaching preferred.

The Mental Health Specialist will aid the Youth Resource Center (YRC) staff and youth/young adults to move toward self-advocacy in the attainment of their own, client driven life goals. The Specialist will provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapeutic counseling services to children, adolescents and/or young adults (ages 14-24 years old) who are experiencing mental health issues, to include being a primary and/or secondary victim of trauma. The goal of provided counseling services is to alleviate the presenting symptoms and to enhance healthy coping strategies that assist the individual function at his/her highest potential.

This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work and Maryland LCSW-C licensure.  Applicant must have experience working with individuals impacted by trauma and/or addiction and the ability to work with persons of diverse backgrounds.

The Safe House Support Staff is responsible for overseeing the house during evening hours and either of the following shifts, Friday and Saturday from 11p to 7a, Saturday and Sunday from 7a to 3p and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm with the possibility of covering during other shifts and/or holidays 

This position will also be responsible for responding to 24 hour hotline calls and calls that come in through the Lethality Assessment Protocol phone, observing cameras, cleaning different areas of the house and to maintain the overall safety for clients in the Safe House and will work in collaboration with other case managers within the Safe House program to respond to the needs of victims and their families. Applicant must have a current driver’s license with safe driving record.
