Lauren Stokeling-Brewer

Position: HOPWA Case Manager

Lauren Stokeling-Brewer has been at SCS since November 9, 2019, and has worked in the field of HIV for over two decades. Lauren is a former Health Educator for the Baltimore City Health Department, Addictions Counselor in the Maryland Division of Corrections, Program Manager at Women Accepting Responsibility (WAR) and LGBT Ryan White Case Manager for Chase Brexton Health Care. Lauren has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Coppin State University and Master’s degree in Human Service Administration from Coppin State University & University of Baltimore. Lauren has a passion for her clients and the work, which allows her to connect to clients in disenfranchised communities throughout Baltimore City.

F.T. was appointed Springboard Community Services as CEO in September of 2015 following a national search that yielded more than 200 candidates. Prior to joining SCS, he served for nearly 15 years as President & CEO of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. / Empire Homes of Maryland. F.T.’s chief duties include leading fund and partnership development, cultivating the board of directors, and establishing the agency’s strategic direction and vision. A Florida native, F.T. enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending live music and dance performances.
