Tiffany Jordan

Position: Director of Client Services

Tiffany Jordan is a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical in the state of Maryland. She has a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida, where she also earned a graduate certificate in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. She also has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from The Florida State University, with a concentration in race and juvenile justice studies. She has been able to successful utilize the skills learned in each of these disciplines to provide a unique viewpoint and assist clients in need. Tiffany has extensive experience providing client services in a variety of clinical and mental health settings, servicing diverse client populations within multiple agencies including, child welfare, correctional institutions, emergency departments, inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment settings.

Tiffany is excited to join Springboard Community Services in October 2020 as the Director of Client Services for Howard County. In this role, she will be collaboratively working with community partners to ensure the efficacious provision of identified services in the Howard County community. She will have oversight of the clinical, case management, and administrative functions of the Howard County region, working closely with an interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals, providing trauma-informed, evidenced-based practices and clinical interventions to enhance the quality of lives of the clients in which we serve. She is looking forward to developing new relationships, establishing new evidenced-based programs, maintaining and improving current services, and working to improve the quality of lives of the Howard County residents in need. Tiffany is especially interested in utilizing data to ensure the provision of quality services, measure treatment outcomes, and making improvements in customer service and consumer care.

Tiffany is client-centered, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, utilizing an integrative approach to meet the clients where they are. She believes in empowering clients to enhance their own self-determination and self-efficacy, in order to assist in creating holistic healing. Tiffany has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults of diverse backgrounds and presenting problems such as: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, adjustment disorders, attachment/parenting concerns, trauma, and anger management, for individuals, couples, families, and in group settings. She utilizes trauma-informed interventions, expressive therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Modification, and she is excited to soon begin training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR). In addition to her role as Director of Client Services, she will be providing direct care to families in Howard County, as needed.

F.T. was appointed Springboard Community Services as CEO in September of 2015 following a national search that yielded more than 200 candidates. Prior to joining SCS, he served for nearly 15 years as President & CEO of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. / Empire Homes of Maryland. F.T.’s chief duties include leading fund and partnership development, cultivating the board of directors, and establishing the agency’s strategic direction and vision. A Florida native, F.T. enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending live music and dance performances.
