Kellee joins the Springboard team after working in the mental health field for just shy of 6 years. She earned her undergrad in Social Work through the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2017 and her Masters Degree in Social Work from Salisbury University in 2020. Prior to obtaining her licensure, Kellee worked as a case manager in a community based, crisis intervention program. After gaining experience as a family therapist in the community and in Outpatient Mental Health, she now specializes in trauma, crisis intervention, LGBTQIA+ issues, children and adults suffering from Anxiety and Depression, self-esteem/body positivity, and self-injury. Kellee typically works from a strengths based, solution-focused approach, utilizing an eclectic style of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate. She is passionate about the importance of talking about mental health, offering a safe and comfortable place to allow people to discuss their struggles without feeling judged.
