Nichole R. Judd, LCPC, CCTP
Nichole has worked in the Human Services field for over 20 years serving diverse populations of children, adolescents, and adults. She is a military veteran with a Bachelors’s degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University, a Master of Science degree from McDaniel College, and has attended Towson and Loyola Universities for post-graduate work. For 12 years, Nichole provided adolescent case management and program development for the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. She has spent the last 9 years as a School Counselor and Supervisor providing individual counseling, group counseling, and family crisis intervention. She has worked as a psychotherapist at a private practice providing individual therapy to clients. Nichole offers an open, safe, non-judgmental therapy experience and takes an integrative approach to address issues which interfere with clients living their best life. As a previous part-time employee at the Supervised Visitation Center and Domestic Violence Program, she is happy to be back with Springboard providing mental health therapy on a full-time basis.
