Brenda Radtka

Position: FVP Case Manager

Brenda has over 20 years’ experience working with children, youth and families. Brenda is currently a Case Manager with the Family Violence Program, assisting families in both Anne Arundel and Howard County. In this role, Brenda uses a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, and coordinates the options and services required to meet a client’s human service needs. Brenda believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but, to also educate them throughout every step of the process, providing them with the tools needed to meet their goals. When a client shares with Brenda that they feel their goals may not be possible, she shares her story, the journey of her educational goal, taking 15 years to complete. With a major in Business Administration and a minor in Education, she chose to follow her heart and work with Families. Prior to coming to Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland, Brenda worked in Baltimore coordinating outreach programs for youth in Baltimore City. While there, Brenda collaborated with community based organizations to host and implement programming for youth that included, skills for life, tutoring, sports activities, art and games.

Chief Executive Officer

F.T. was appointed Springboard Community Services as CEO in September of 2015 following a national search that yielded more than 200 candidates. Prior to joining SCS, he served for nearly 15 years as President & CEO of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. / Empire Homes of Maryland. F.T.’s chief duties include leading fund and partnership development, cultivating the board of directors, and establishing the agency’s strategic direction and vision. A Florida native, F.T. enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending live music and dance performances.
