Rowena (Rena) Daly
Rowena (Rena) Daly joined Springboard Community Services in October 2021 as its Outreach and Marketing Coordinator.
At Springboard, Rena manages the integrated marketing plan, digital and in-person outreach efforts, and cultivating cross-functional relationships with leadership, staff, board members, potential clients, partner agencies, and institutional & individual donors.
Before joining Springboard, Rena worked in communications and community relations for a range of organizations including Baltimore County Department of Health and Human Services, Catholic Charities of Baltimore, YMCA of Greater New York, and New Yorkers for Parks. She lived and worked in New York City and Washington, D.C. before returning home to Baltimore.
Rena grew up in Baltimore City’s historic Cedarcroft neighborhood. She is a graduate of Western High School and The Catholic University of America. She enjoys spending time with her family and assisting with community planting projects.

Natasha Peterson joined Springboard in the summer of 2021 as its Director of Client Services for the Baltimore office. She manages and supports behavioral health services, case management staff. She also works in coordination with the Office Administrator to oversee program admission, caseload assignments, and the day-to-day delivery of community care coordination. She supervises all clinical and non-clinical staff and interns
Her areas of expertise and interest include intimate partner violence, suicide prevention, sexual assault, child abuse, neglect, trauma, and criminal justice. Natasha has a bachelor’s degree from Hood College, a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix, Philadelphia campus, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore, MD. Natasha is a licensed mental health clinician and board-approved clinical supervisor.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys hiking with her husband, binge-watching reality television, reading, volunteering, and spending quality time with her family and friends near and far.

Heather Sherbert has been with Springboard Community Services since 2000. Throughout her tenure, she has served in a myriad of administrative roles in Baltimore and Howard County. She presently manages the administration of the Baltimore office. Through her work, she ensures that clients successfully access individual and family counseling programs, connect with the Family Violence Project and assist with the implementation and execution of programs for unstably housed youth and young adults.
Heather has extensive knowledge of Springboard’s services and demonstrates a proven ability to meet the needs of clients and the Springboard team. Heather is a fan of the Maryland coast and enjoys spending time with her family by the water.

Youth Resource Center Program Manager
Hilary Sigismondi
Hilary Sigismondi is the Program Manager for the Youth Resource Center located in the Baltimore City office.
A proud Baltimore City resident, Hilary has been serving Baltimore City families in some capacity for over twenty years. She began her career as an English Teacher and School Administrator and after 15 years left education to become an AmeriCorps Volunteer. Since then she has worked with young mothers experiencing homelessness, adults with mental illness, individuals living with HIV and adult women survivors of human trafficking. She feels it has been a privilege to work with these populations and knows she is a better person for it. She especially loves working with youth and is grateful for her position at the YRC.
Hilary is also a memoirist and is currently working towards her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Baltimore. She loves writing about her hometown and her experience of growing up in Baltimore. She is passionate about connecting with others and is excited to bring her creativity and positive energy to the youth at the YRC.
